I decided to fool around with factions skills to farm trolls faster and this is what i came up with

Attributes
9 healing
9 axe mastery
16 tactics
1 in hammer or something i dont know lol

SKills
Gladiators Defense
Cyclone Axe
Counter Blow
On Your Knees
Balthazars Spirit
Live Vicariously
Vigiourous Spirit
Sprint

What you Do
This Guide is for the people who already know the basics of troll farming. So i wont go indepth about how to get there. Basically you put on Balthazars Spirit and Live Vicariously. Then you run to the troll cave, I actually let myself get hit some befor ei hit sprint to break aggro from ennemies just for some energy.

Once you get into the cave aggro as many trolls as possible. I sometimes choose to aggro the bosses but normally i dont just becuase if i loose aggro its a waste of time. Anyways once you have all the trolls around you hit

vigiours spirit,
glads defense
cyclone axe.

Once you do this you should switch to a hammer,
hit C (to target closest),
Counter blow,
On your Knees,
hit S (to stop your current action),
switch to axe.
Once you see glads defense blinking you should hit gladiators defense again. Basically repat this process till all the trolls are dead. Use Cyclone Ax to quickly build up adrenelin.

This build is harder to time than the normal glads, cyclone, bottenis over and over but quite efficient. Ive seen 55 monks impressed with the speed.

Weapons
Weapons are not too important int his build but what I suggest is a Vampiairc Ax of Troll Slaying or Fortitude, For the Hammer anything will do

Random Information
It can kill the cave in about 30 secs or less(trolls die before vigiourous spirit ends). This build i believe was a bit faster than wheel's previous build, some variations ive tried include throwing in stregnth of honor and droping vigouros spirit since i only used it once, i found this was acceptable in most cases but sometimes that healing really comes through. Another thing i tried was switching out On Your Knees and Counter Blow for Renewing Smash. This allows for 3 couninous glads defense, but anything after that then this is gone. It actually worked quire nicely but sometimes i just found that it is not enough. I have not tested stregnth of honor simply because i fell this is pretty efficient and that its risky enough. Also you can lower healing to around 5 or 6 if you want to try to throw some points into smite, stregnth, or axe.

If you are having energy problems, try a Zealous weapon mod.
I dont normally get energy problems till a couple trolls so that isnt a problem, they die shortly anyways

Another thing you should make sure you do is aggro the WHOLE cave
